RIP Village Voice. I would most likely not have had the itch to start a free weekly paper in Cleveland without your existence already in this big city. I would maybe not have moved here to New York if you hadn't been here free in your red boxes. I almost certainly would not have come upon the name cityReader without your big name floating around my brain all those years.
