I haven't been to the one on Long Island or in Germantown, Columbus, either. Was surprised that Powell's in Portland, OR, where our son's family lives wasn't on their list. I guess the world's largest bookstore isn't curated enough for them. But, it has to be one of my favorite places in the world. I like it better than the Strand because I feel like I can just stand in an aisle in the stacks and read something I never knew existed without being in anybody's way.
