I just watched another video I happened upon about the Rosenwald Schools which I mentioned recently. Booker T. Washington and Julius Rosenwald from Sears along with the Black communities in the South built more than 5,000 schools for kids in pre-Brown v. Board days. It fascinates/impresses me.
